The York County Youth Development Center required a facility assessment and programming study as they consider expansion of their existing facility. SGA completed the facility assessment portion of the study and brought on Carter Goble Lee of Washington, DC, as a programming consultant to execute programming and planning. The County currently is contemplating its approach for the future of the facility based on the results of the study.
