is designing an addition to the existing Bucks County Community College Upper
County campus located in East Rockhill Township. The addition will increase
the facility by 18,000 – 25,000 SF and include classroom, office and
common spaces. The approach to the design of the addition will include a
charrette planning process and will incorporate sustainable design principles
and materials. In addition to providing more space for the students of the
College, another goal of the project is to offer multi–use space to
the surrounding community.
