SGA completed a feasibility study to help Independence Charter School determine
if they can move their program from their current location into a vacant
existing school built in 1910 and offering approximately 50,000 SF. The study
included programming, cost estimation, zoning review, existing building assessments,
master planning and evaluation of historical tax credit eligibility.
