Roundtown
Elementary School is a 50,000 SF existing facility built in 1991. For this
project, the entire facility is rearranged programmatically, renovated, and
approximately 30,000 SF is added.
The school is sited adjacent to a second elementary school and, since the two schools are viewed as a campus, a main goal of the Roundtown project includes matching the aesthetics of the existing structures as closely as possible. Additionally, the educational design focuses on the school within a school concept and places a media center at the core of the building.
