Conference and Office Tower

Construction not pursued due to lack of funding
The proposed facility was to be developed as a full conference center sitting adjacent to a hotel owned by the same client. The intent was to provide a destination facility to bring further economic vibrancy to Allentown. Ultimately, the City was not able to generate additional funds to assist the developer.

A feasibility study leads to the opportunity to investigate a design for a hotel and casino expansion intended to rival the neighboring Trump Tower. The Art Deco influenced expansion ultimately is halted while still in design.
