and a building owner/developer explore collaborative modes of constructing
within the City in this series of projects. Two sites include abandoned shell
row buildings in various stages of collapse located in the Northern Liberties
section of Philadelphia. Basic programs for the redevelopment include first
floor commercial tenant fit-out spaces and residential rental flats on additional
floors plus roof decks.
